How quickly can you get someone to my place?
Same-day for bookings made before 11am in any of the six capital cities. Regional bookings within 24 to 48 hours. Your confirmation SMS will show the exact window.
What does it cost?
Split system service: $189. Ducted aircon service: $329. Gas heater service with CO test: $279. Breakdown diagnosis: $99, credited toward any repair you approve. Every job quoted in writing before work starts.
Do you do heating as well as cooling?
Yes. The same techs handle air conditioning, gas ducted heating, hydronic, and gas wall heaters. Licensed across refrigeration, electrical, and gas.
Are SolusAir techs licensed?
Every tech holds a current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence and a state-relevant electrical or gas trade licence. Public liability cover is $20 million per claim. Licence numbers available on request.
Can I swap gas heating for reverse-cycle in one job?
Yes. It’s the most common install we do. We assess the existing ductwork, size the new system, and quote three options. Most jobs done in 1 to 2 days.
What's the warranty?
12 months on every repair. 5 years workmanship on new installs, plus the manufacturer’s parts warranty (usually 5 to 7 years depending on the unit).
What brands do you service?
Cooling: Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, ActronAir, Hitachi, LG, Samsung. Heating: Brivis, Rinnai, Bonaire, Vulcan, Pyrox, Braemar. Most other brands are fine too.
What if you can't fix it on the first visit?
The tech diagnoses, quotes the full repair, and books the return visit before leaving. You only pay the $99 diagnostic on day one. The repair is charged once it’s actually done.
